Senior Executive Program Admission

We select the most qualified participants from a pool of highly diverse candidates. In seeking senior executives with demonstrated leadership abilities and development potential, the Admission Committee takes into account a candidate’s organizational level, management experience and professional achievements. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for the completion of course assignments and active engagement in class discussion. For this reason, the Admission Committee may also require a telephone interview as part of the admission process.
