Lifelong Network
One of the keys to success is knowledge. The innovative Financial Engineering Program provides an open culture and creates partnership among students, faculty and administrators. Our Stanford Financial Engineering Club seeks to provide network, career guidance, educational and social forum for the graduates in Hong Kong.

Events and Activities
The Club plans to host social and educational events from time to time. We will provide members access to continuing education programs, faculty expertise and speaker events by industry leaders and distinguished individuals. The primary objective of the activities is to support the members in furthering their careers through personal networking and skill training.

Class Profile

Students have an average of 7 years of work experience and are 30 years old. Classes are approximately 60% men and 40% women. Most of the students are from Hong Kong, however, nearly 1/3 of the students are expatriates from the USA, Europe, Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, Taiwan and Mainland China.

Book Donation

We are asking our alumni and students to donate books for charity purposes. We aim to donate these books to children in poor areas in China. As an alternative, some of these books will be donated to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), which sells donated books and uses proceeds to promote animal welfare in Hong Kong.

To donate books for these good causes, please kindly pass them to Amy Fung in our future gatherings!
